About us

Cross2Community began in response to a calling from God to proclaim the gospel, because it (the gospel) is the power of God for salvation to all who believe.  (Rom.1:16)   In late fall of 2019, God began stirring in our hearts to tell people about Jesus.  Our mission is to get the Good News out into the community and to deepen the  believer's connection to God through His word.  In essence, to "preach the word" (2 Tim. 4:1-5) at all times, to all people, by any means available.  Click here for our core beliefs.

Cross2Community events in churches, revivals, camps, youth meetings and outreach through social media are all an integral part of our ministry, but the hub of the wheel for  our ministry is not the large crowd, but the small group.  Cross2Community Groups are small gatherings (6-12 people) that meet in homes, parks and coffee shops. These groups meet together, pray together, laugh together and cry together by taking a deep dive into the Bible with Godly leadership.  The meetings are typically small and they are holy in approaching the Father but casual in relating to one another.  The goal of the groups is for believers to think differently about their faith, hold tightly to the word and then "spread out" rather than "pile up."  As each group grows and as God begins to draw on that group for leadership, a new group is formed in a new location in order to reach a new crowd. (Mt. 28:16-20)

We are entering the mission field next door and then encouraging that neighbor to do the same.
